Missouri Livestock Symposium

This year’s symposium addresses topics aimed at helping producers make smart investments and explore opportunities for the future. It features Jim Gerrish, on spring pasture management, fall calving in tall fescue country, integrating livestock into farming systems for soil health, cover crop choices for livestock enterprises, and managing clover/grass balance. Other speakers will talk about forages, weed control, beef cattle, sheep, meat goats, stock dogs, farm succession, backyard poultry and beekeeping.
