Just click on the map below and you’ll head over to their site. You can mouse-over your state to see what the processing limits are. Then scroll down to the chart that breaks down the Federal Exemption Level of the number of birds you can process, Facility Requirements, Sales Venues and Licensing Requirements. It may not be everything you need to know, but it’s a really great place to start.
