Sarah Flack

Sarah Flack is a consultant specializing in grass based and organic livestock production systems. She is nationally known for her public speaking, workshops, books and numerous articles on a range of agricultural topics. She has worked and lived on diversified, organic and biodynamic diary, livestock and vegetable farms. She is an independent organic inspector and has helped many farms successfully convert to new farming systems. When she's not traveling, Sarah lives in northern Vermont on her off-grid small farm.
