The usual New Year’s Resolutions (lose weight, exercise, eat right) can be kind of boring. How about livening up your New Year with something off this list instead?
P.S. I have an alternative to Number 1. Find an old liquor bottle and use it as your water bottle at the gym. (But don’t drink from it while driving!)
