Yoga With Goats

Thinking of diversifying? Here’s an idea from Lainey Morse of No Regrets Farm in Williamette, Oregon: Yoga with goats!

People drive over 100 miles just to come! Lainey says she’s as surprised as everyone else. Her theory is that people are so sick of watching the news that they’re just grasping at something that’s happy and positive. She’s happy that this is giving everyone a little “dose of goat.”

So what do you think? Tai Chi with cows? Qigong with sheep?

    Black Welsh Mountain Sheep have been doing it longer 🙂 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gAk8MxQrTaU We were the backdrop for a yoga video for physical therapy patients.
